In my opinion the best borough tour is the Tour de Bronx. I do it every year.

I don't know if anyone on Bike Forums does the Tour de Bronx.
If you don't, you should do it next year.
It begins at the steps of the Bronx County Building and ends at the Bronx Botanical Gardens....
