I own a Emonda and rented a Domane while on vacation.

The Domane has a bit more relaxed fit.

So it depends on you level of fitness and flexibility.

Either one is a great bike.

30 years old with 2 kids so he no longer competes. I went out with him last week for a 40 mile ride... 4200' of climbing. I live on Long Island and here I maybe do 1600' in 40 miles....
