No need to rivet the coroplast, just put some on the bottom/backside bent in an "L". I just zip tie my stuff bags to the rack. 1 and 2.5 gallon zip lock bags for inside too.

I run a 2.5 DHF front, and a 2.4 aggressor rear. Just as good as the DHR, imho. rolls better than the dhr. A little flatter profile knobs, only trade off is mud, which I tend not to ride in.

most of my bars have 15-20 degrees sweep. I find them very comfortable. Big hands, I like a double wrap of cushy bar tape. 1 roll will do a bar and a x2 on the grip part.
