The only time I ever had a bouncing issue was resolved by raising the saddle. Moving the saddle further back can have the same effect.

That second photo is pretty much at 6 o'clock. Yes, the saddle is lower than the previous drop bar pic. I prefer a slightly higher saddle position than what is typical.
