The wheels and rear hub were one of the few things I didn't touch, except for the tires. They are 27 x 1.25 Weinnman wheels, and I'm not sure what the hub is as the prior owner said it was replaced...

It's got "Peugeot" written on the top there, so most likely made in-house. No fancy external brand name they could advertise.

I don't see anything like that on my bike. I see a rubber cable guide riveted to the bottom with the words "MODELE DEPOSE" formed into it, and a 7-digit number stamped into the bb.
