I bought the CAAD8 6 (Tiagra) and have put $300 in it. You'll need pedals and shoes (I put on 105 pedals and Forte shoes), maybe a computer or phone mount, shirt and shorts... I really like my CAAD...

So far it's been great! I'm not enough of a technical rider to tell a difference on the seat seat post alone, as I put it and the saddle on at the same time, but it looks awesome on the bike!
