Did a 2 hr ride with my new computer and my cadence was averaging 72. Was able to get it in the mid 80s a couple of times but couldn't sustain for long periods. I guess I have some training to do

Thats good advice. I'll work on that. I feel really akward and almost out of controll when spinning fast, mostlikely because i'm focusing on pushing down.
