You can't create energy on a fixed gear. That "helping hand" you feel, is actually you sucking energy from your forward momentum.

The knee, tibia, fibia, and femur were all crushed by a rock, and from what I understand it's not bend and more then it does now. Good thing is there is no pain in his leg :D

You can't have the seat set up porperly for one leg and have the left leg rotating on a shorter crank, it would mean everytime his left leg( the one that won't bend much) got to 12 o'clock he would...

This is all very different to my longboarding crash rules which were "slide. Rolling breaks limbs" mind you we were crashin much faster and wearing leathers or pads built for sliding...
