I got a new road bike this year...first one actually.....no idea 11sp on the way out....whats coming next? 12?

Couple mistakes recently (brakes and stem)

I am 202 before the ride and 196 after the ride. I also drink 6lbs of wafer during the 40miles....

How tight?

If I have to graps the fork with one hand and use considerable effort to unhinge it thatís way too tight I think ....

Also the forks and the rear part of the frame seem to pull in quite a bit...

can remove? Seems to be a chain guard so if the rear derailer is properly adjusted should be no concern to remove this ugly plastic ..... correct??

With bike on stand, i spin front tire as fast as i can and i can see a very clear gap for a whole revolution at my disc breaks. However, if i shift my vision to the side wall of tire i see about 1/4...
