Was on hills, could look down and see it flexing. Investigated further - rear wheel and cog are real cheap and cog doesn't even look round. Will swap wheel and cog in the weekend. Solution for todays...

Finished on Sat and had time for 12kms with some hills. Great fun and didn't fall off yet. Will swap the rear 18T for something smaller (came with a 17 and 16) as too easy going up hills and too hard...

First fixie

Thought I'd have a go on a fixie before I get too far into my 50's. So far got frame, wheels, sugino 75 cranks and BB, Kashimax seat.

Bits I haven't figured out yet - rear cog. Have a 46T ring so...

I can't fit a bell to my bike as it would adversely affect the aesthetics. Neither can I yell 'passing on the right' (which is the right side here) as, when peddling, there is not sufficient air...

Tightened everything I could find again, but what seems to have fixed it was replacing the 8 month old left Spd with one that’s 20+ years old (and abused). Silent and smooth.
