This is too complex to wag it. Surgeon said a year for me but I was able to start riding after 10 months. My mother broke her's years ago and was walking with a boot the next day.

I couldn't ride for 10 months with a broken heel bone. It took me 4 weeks to get to 8 mile rides. After 12 weeks riding, I still struggle to get 50 miles a week in but it's still something.
