I'm riding a T5 medium and it fits. Would the Lynskey R300 medium dimensions work as well?

Contacted ciclista-america ( I believe they're the U.S. Sidi distributer) and they said Sidi does not make road shoes for the SH-51 SPD cleats anymore, only MTB shoes.

Where's a good place to shop online for a new pair?

Sizing - mine (pictured below) is stamped 43 on the bottom in raised numbers. Is that the European sizing?
