I actually cheated by using my mavic sys wheels which IMO are the most balanced and true wheels around to set it up before installing the new wheel and used the cable adjuster to bring the bolt...

Some of you guys are only focused on one aspect of rotational mass thats when accelerating. In say a crit yes you can feel the acceleration but less felt is when you take your power out of the cranks...

Cool thanks for telling me that. Primer or basecoat makes a big difference. I mixed a rich red primer under a red top coat on one bike and it looks neon out in the sun.
