No these are the SLX (Aluminum) wheels. I had to replace the stock wheels due to a nasty pot hole. These were the only wheel set available at the time to keep me on the road.

Would have been great to hear their excuse running the stop sign. I have not seen them out there ticketing before, but I always do a complete stop at the stop signs based on the stories I hear.

I ride an Aethos, it is an amazing bike in my opinion. It is light, responsive, and fast. Comfort has not been an issue at all on any rides short or long. The Aethos Pro is a great bike,

I would go with Alpinist CLX based on weight. Tube vs tubeless is not high on my priority list as much as is. I plan on putting the Alpinist CLX on my Aethos eventually.
