I agree with everything that's been said here. Even replaceable hangers should be aligned correctly, so if you crash with either type you're aligning them both to get the best shifting anyway.

I'd flip the stem over, move it up the steerer tube about 3-4cm, and then cut it. That will give the buyer the most amount of flexibility to fit the bike to themselves down the road.

CamelBak packs are the bomb. They may weigh a little on the back but it's not nearly as noticeable as you might think. Bonus for hot days is that they keep the water wayyyy colder than bottles....
