No, I've never had either of those. I think the reason I prefer the 640 is because the 750 is more of a racing geometry and more sensitive to steering inputs. I'm getting a little old for that...

That's the one. I'm not crazy about the unicrown either, but it's not a deal breaker. I do have a soft spot for steel Specialized bikes, I'd grab that one if it was a 54cm, but I think it's bigger.
