Meanwhile I can buy Giant, Trek, Specialized, Rocky Mountain, Norco, Surly & Salsa all day long close by.

The giant seatpost is the greatest thing invented since sliced bread. The seat is always on straight. Every. Single. Time.

I wish more companies would embrace the D post design.

I'm going to freely admit that Colonel has caused me to have some slight interest in this bike. The pricepoint is great for what you get. A few upgrades and this could be a nice gravel bike.

That I don't know. But I would rather not have to maintain a bike frame to keep the rust away.

Rust...especially if you don't maintain it with some sort of frame saver material.

As has been noted earlier...they just re-invented a 1980s mountain bike.

IMO, the only thing this has over the Toughroad is a thru axles. In my opinion...Giants next version of the Toughroad should have thru...
