Airpods

i use airpids on one ear, plenty of times i come up to a cyclist or jogger walker (w over the ear headphones or in ear w both ears covered) on bike trail i ring my bell 2 announce my presence to pass...

white pick up truckes cont

Ive had empty coke and beer cans thrown at me as they pass (usually white pick up trucks),
sometimes they slw down from behind and blow the hirn to see me jump.
Im retired now and glad I dont have...

Ive been Rowbiking 14 yrs, i use 1/4 in bungee 4m Ace hardware, also check your steering cable for fraying, it will happen sooner or later.

i was a competitive Rower (masters team) and mtn biked 2 work for years, i was getting great cardio from by bent, but not much upper, then i saw tje RowBike commercial years ago and gave it a try....

I recommended to the new owners post repair procedures on the RowBike web site, ie, how 2 replace or adjust a frayed steering cable, how to better secure the seat...
