there is no tag on the rim, so hard to tell the...

there is no tag on the rim, so hard to tell the true size. the current one is 25-540, the tire is not properly installed(in my opinion). so i highly doubt the previous owner installed wrong size one.

i got a 88 peugeot versailles small size 48cm bike for my wife. first time to notice the front wheel is much smaller than rear one, rear one is 700, but not sure of the front one. thanks a bunch.

another handlebar position problem

i just notice one thing, many people would rotate their handlebar heading down, and put the bar position relative high (compare modern bikes) for their vintage bike. this kind of handlebar setting...
