The thing is that the hole is the same and this holders were not screwed to the handlebar. They were somehow plugged.

I have the same problem, the nuts and the holders of the rod don't fit the handlebard. It seems they were glued to the handlebard because I don't see welding marks. Anyone know how to fit this parts?
