I wish I knew about the anterior approach when I had mine replaced. From what I've read and people I have talked to It sounds like recovery and life after replacement is a lot better...

i have SPDs on my gravel bike and I like them....

i have SPDs on my gravel bike and I like them. That might be a good interim option. My Look pedals are pretty easy to unclip as well so I’ll experiment on the trainer.
