Cracked crankarm - conversion caution

Just found a crankarm failure - fortunately while swapping the ring over not in traffic!

Suspect that the three arm is marginal for the added stresses of fixed, I run 42/16 on pretty hilly...

I've just put a Specialized 7NL spindle into TA cups with no problems on a PR10. Moved the chainline in some 10mm which will allow me to stick a track wheel in as a fixed when the lottery pays out! ...
