Disc brake noise, sounded like water draining

My Giant Defy 2 road bike has disc brakes. My last ride I had 2 firm stops, once I released the brake levers, I swore the sound I heard was similar to water, going down a drain, almost a "gurgling"...

Aerobars for Giant Defy

I'm looking for some aerobars for my Giant Defy. The handle bars (cross bar) are an oval shape, so I'm thinking I need aerobars designed for that shape. Has anyone ever installed any?
