Yeah I fed the cable backwards. It went in 5" from the end of the black guide. It's probable ending point is somewhere on that green radius.

I am 5'10" 32" and my 56cm Bikesdirect Windsor Knight is a little too big. You may want to get a TT bike in a slightly smaller size so you can get down lower in the front so I'd say get a 52.

They retail for $2100 but I haven't seen many online. They're the basic Mark 1 clinchers with the aluminum braking surface.
