You have to build up the muscles in yer butt just like anywhere else that gets tension/pressure. If the seat is aligned then take a few more rides. Worse comes to worse get a seat with coil springs...

Colin, sounds like your bar has a smaller diameter. Wrap a couple of layers of tape on the bar where it clamps then slide the grips on and try tightening it. The GC3's were rock-solid on my Roam 1.
