I don't think thats an 83 SP. No canti brakes, wrong colors, wrong components. I think its an 82 SP model that perhaps was sold early in 83. Probably not with those bars. :p

That mixte is not a mixte and $100 may be too much. Campy had a budget line too that allowed builders to pump out sub-$100 bikes.

The bike itself is not a true mixte. That panasonic has a traditional top tube which terminates at the seat tube, then has to smaller tubes which continue to the stays.

But its a "fake" one. They seem to pop up a lot here. It does look in very nice condition though.
