Haha! The colors remind me of a hot dog truck rather than a "rasta bike." Maybe you can add a speaker with music, ride around and sell hot dogs out of the cooler on the rear rack...

Somehow, a chain and cog right by the handle just doesn't seem like a great safe "feature" for a toddler. Would have to pass for my 3.5 year old...
