That looks like it was done by some one with MY skill level! and as far as I am aware, that shouldn't make a $50 stem cost 4X that! Maybe 1/4X!

Tim was a meticulous builder. I worked for him in River Falls WI in 1978-1980. He and I built a frame for my use. it was a lot of hard work, and I loved that bike... stolen from my parents garage....
