Yes they are 700c. Velocity says bullet proof. I am 6'4" 250 lbs. I only rode them a few hundred miles due to selling the bike they were on. New bike has thru axle, disc brakes so not compatible....

I only have 50 or so miles on my 2018 Roubaix Elite so I don't know about durability. So far I like it a lot. Very smoth ride on normal roads. The "suspension" takes the hit out of potholes....
