Just about any inner ring should work, Sram, FSA, Shimano…. They're so similar you have to look at the maker's mark to id them. With the short climb from a 34/36 to a 46t, it should shift very easily.

This is a lighter frame than a 9. It was 1125gms without RD hanger, cable guide and SP clamp, maybe another 40gms. and the WCS fork was only 276gms after cut to fit.
