2015 specialized Sirrus elite with disc brakes

Hey guys! Found (what I think) is a good deal on a 2015 specialized Sirrus elite with disc brakes. He agreed to sell it for 375$, and it only has 300 miles ridden. Is this a good deal?

It looks exactly like the picture, and everything matches the specs from brakes, fork, derailleur model, except for the fact that’s it’s an 8 speed it’s so odd. Regardless, am I overpaying at 300$...
