Unless you plan on sightseeing in NYC, bypass it. Stay North ( 287 or 84 ). As posted above, take the train into NYC. It's half the price and twice as fast as driving and parking.

Just did my 24 mile rail trail ride in 2hrs 5min. The legs aren't screaming and I'm down 10 lbs in 2 months. I'm a happy camper.
