It's necessary. I've seen lots of cyclists recently blowing through stop signs and riding like jerks. Mostly around Deer Creek/High Grade.

I just did Trail Ridge Rd this weekend. It was open about a mile past Milner Pass and then there was just a giant wall of snow. It was a gorgeous ride though.
