Yes, new NCVC jerseys are black/red/white. Kit redesign this year, largely due to sponsor changes. One of my teammates 4th in line is wearing the old jersey.

Really? It's kind of a Frankinbike...old Vita frame but with drop bars. WSD size mini. I think that she is finally getting a new bike this year after 3 years of racing abuse on that frame.
