The only PT I was prescribed was Range-of-Motion exercises too, I thought there would be more to it but it was just the basic bending of the arm and then rotating the wrist...

I feel your pain. I was off the bike entirely for about 6 weeks and then only on the trainer for about 20 minutes at a time (couldn't manage too much weight on the elbow). It was about 2 1/2 months...

Is correct...however, I don't think it's necessary to go that high. 7Nm and 6Nm is plenty to be honest

Agreed on all counts; I only did the Sunday Mountain Top Classic. I ran my compact crank with a 11-26 and was still crawling up Devil's Kitchen. Next year going to train for it with the same mindset...
