I feel your pain. I was off the bike entirely for about 6 weeks and then only on the trainer for about 20 minutes at a time (couldn't manage too much weight on the elbow). It was about 2 1/2 months...

Is correct...however, I don't think it's necessary to go that high. 7Nm and 6Nm is plenty to be honest
