If your saddle is high enough that your knee locks at the bottom of the pedal stroke on any bike, your saddle was way too high anyway.

That bike was around $300-350 new as I recall, so while it's a pretty decent deal, I don't know if it's worth a 2 hour drive and possible pandemic exposure/spreading.
