Perhaps it would be fair to know how many were being picked up. Randy has posted photos of his warehouse of bikes that he sold off (hundreds!), and it might be easy to confuse how many were involved...

I'd be spitting fire about any shop that "just didn't feel" like looking for my bike when I come to pick it up.

If every bike shop were like that, it'd be easier to hand the bikes over to a thief...
