ie: a 55 will have a 55c-c seat tube and a 56.5 c-c top tube.

them with a quill stem - No scapin will be harmed in the building of this bike!

The Colnago felt great - slightly smaller than i've been riding recently but just the right amount of reach.
It feels pretty light...

I also have a -10 degree that points up slightly but not too far....
