Went back to the shop today to pick up the bike! They more than made up for selling it. Knocked 40 bucks off the price, gave me a free $30 sigma 1000g odometer/speedo and a free water bottle cage!...

Does anyone attempt to offer less for a bike at a LBS than what is listed on the tag? Just wondering if this is common practice, or if a lbs would be likely to give me a deal if I bought from them...
