Hate to rehash an old thread, but I have the same issue, 21d grommets and having a very hard time finding replacements. Do you have the Trek part# or pic? I tried calling there aren't much help

Plus 1 on the Townie. I'm 6 foot and my seat isn't all the way up, I have it sit low for me, lots of room to stretch out though.
