took several series of cortisone, to no permanent avail. even took the shots
to dissolve the tissue to no avail. Finally broke down and had the OP surgery.
Life is GOOD now. Out of work for 2 weeks...

Tried it once and I suck

got dropped by the 5's, then lapped by the masters 60+. Like I said, I suck. The 5's around here average 22-25 mph for the whole race. I suck.

I was there too for my 2nd metric, 1st at 3 state. I must say I was impressed with the whole event, short of the 2" rainfall from about 3 am until the start. Hope to see you there next year.
