Campy 10 shifters will work with SRAM derailleurs, however. The cable pull and ratio are almost spot on between the two systems.

I've gotten more looks while riding the full Celeste Bianchi XL EV3 than while on the CAAD 6, XL EV4 or any of the bikes I've owned or test ridden.

Slutted up Italian pieces are the way to go.
