Today I turned 59 so to celebrate I rode 59 miles. Had to take a couple of breaks for food, drink and "other" stuff. Total ride time was 3 Hrs. 47 Min. Avg. HR = 128 BPM. Avg Speed around 15.1 MPH.

14 total today. 10 miles was at a brisk exercise pace. Actually, it was the 2nd fastest 10 miles I've ridden all summer. :thumb: The other 4 were super easy warmup and cooldown miles.

I'm pretty happy with the progress I've made this year given that I'm only averaging 2 rides per week.
