Hard to describe but the clamp piece is a 2 piece set up and the two parts can start to click together. Seems to be a common issue w this bike.

I use two different shops both are pretty small, one is a one man shop and I know I pay a little more but I don't have the time or knowledge to want to work on the bikes myself.

Yes, the clicking sound. 1st time it happened they greased it fixed for a bit started again. I guess it was under warranty my lbs didn't charge me. Only had the bike 4 months.

I buy some things on line but I've built a relationship w the LBS about 30 mins away so he knows me always hooks me up and even lets me know if he gets upgrade items I might want in on a trade in.
