Why keep the U-lock on the frame when you have the bag? Doesn't it rattle like crazy hanging off the frame? For that matter I'd probably put all that other stuff like the pump etc. in the bag, too.

Not trying to hate on your method, but no screw will hold in drywall with a load on it like that. At the very minimum I would suggest hollow wall anchors if anyone else wants to make a similar rack....
