Im no ebike expert but I believe the crack lag problem for hub motors has been mostly fixed by better sensors. There are aftermarket Brompton e-mods that have received favourable reviews with them....

Tbf to Sunrace a sample size of 1 says nothing about their reliability. Mine has done 2 salty grimy UK winters now at 11 speed without missing a beat. YMMV of course.

Nice to see. I reversed the bottom bracket spacer to get my 1mm clearance but apart from that and sram instead of shimano mine is pretty much the same.

Mine rattles though in the 36t cog.

Magura's have come as standard fit on Birdy's models before - particularly in Germany which is the home country for both - so they fit pretty easily as long as you dont try to put the brake boosters...

Block fitting can be awkward on the rear. Mine used to toe in quite a bit before I switched to Maguras. Make sure your have the full set of washers on the blocks particularly the dome shaped ones...
