I don’t want to be too harsh on my fellow physicians, but if someone writes a script for a drug that is priced at $3000/month when an essentially identical medicine is $10/month, that’s pretty messed...

I did it 2 years ago. Itís a consistent climb. Roughly 8% for 8 miles. Find a gear combo you can sustain for 8% without going into the red zone, and you can do it.
