I’ve had a 32h and a 40h on order from Nashbar since mid November. I looked today and the 32h is listed in my order as in stock but the 40h is still pending. I’m guessing they need to fill orders...

I abandoned the 700c idea. The front was a Schwinn wheel not sure about the rear but both are in bad shape so they are going regardless. I’ll go with the made wheels that Harris sells most likely.

Thank you. I’m not really concerned with cost actually but I do want to do it right. The rear part of the frame is pretty close to the chain which I’m not sure if it’s a little bend or the wrong hub....
