Flipping stem change in height PD 1/17 and Aeria Hydration

Hi I have a 100mm 17 degree stem that is angled up. If I flip the stem to facing down how much will this change the base bar height.

Just remember you can use a small Allen key to adjust the tension. I started off a bit looser as I got the hang of cleats then progressively increased the tension over time.
