I personally use the edge 305 with wireless heart rate and cadence sensors, and I have the cateye micro wireless. I have never had them interfere with each other, or anything else for that matter.

I do. The Garmin cadence and wheel sensor is mounted near the rear wheel so it can pick up the wheel magnet and the pedal magnet. The cateye sensor is mounted on the front fork.
